We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• If 24 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation — or if an appointment is no-showed — pre-payment for the missed appointment will be required online before you’re able to re-book.
• Payment for your current appointment will then be required as normal in the shop.
• Please be aware: if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service you were scheduled for, and the $35 cancellation fee will apply.
